Programme Information
In most instances the first point of call for anyone interested in finding out more information about our services is our Programme Administration Unit. They can provide more information on the programmes that we run and can put you in touch with the relevant team.

PAU - Programme Administration Unit
The Programme Administration Unit (PAU) is a centralised appointment unit based in our Exeter Office. The PAU provides a service to our customers who are interested in joining one of our many programmes across the South West, assists with our claims process and holds information which aids the management and development of the company.

If any customer wants to find out more information they can contact the PAU on our freephone number where they will speak to one of our many experienced administrators, who will advise them about the programmes we run, send out information packs and/or book an appointment for them to meet with one of our advisers in a suitable location to discuss how we can help.
