MAXIMUS Employment & Training (UK) is not a recruitment agency, but  we do have a bank of clients with varied skills and experience who want to work. Through them we can help to fill employer vacancies, at no cost since our work is government or Europe funded.
 
The company has a dedicated Employer Engagement Team, tasked to work closely with employers in order to meet their needs by first fully understanding their requirements. This helps us to provide the right applicants for available vacancies.
 
Again at no cost, we can,

• Advise employers on any workplace adjustments if the new employee has a health / disability issue
• Offer ongoing support if needed to both employer and employee to help overcome any issues which could stop the job being sustained

MAXIMUS Employment & Training (UK) can also help to prepare applicants for jobs in specific organisations through bespoke training. Barclays Bank, Tesco and the NHS for example have taken advantage of this service, for which we charge
at a competitive rate.
