THE ROLE
Lead a team and manage a centre(s) to achieve sustained high performance, profitability and quality of delivery, in accordance with business priorities, targets and organisational values and overall responsibility for all financial, reputational and operational aspects for a business unit
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To take responsibility for:
Provide reception and general administration support within a centre and be the fiirst point of contact for visitors and internal enquiries, showing professionalism & passionin your work attitude and being part of a successful performance driven team.

- Set the tone, the culture and the focus for the team and lead by example
- Drive forward the performance and achieve individual and team targets
- Manage a profit & loss account – track and analyse trends to ensure your centre is profitable and any risks reported

Person Specification
