How will the Work Programme affect you?

The Work Programme is replacing many of the service provisions, including the Flexible New Deal.  Many different service providers, including MAXIMUS, are looking at ways that they can continually assess the way they deliver services to make sure they are delivering effective, efficient, high quality services for you.  While the Work Programme is now being delivered, several other contracts are still running.

• Clear Communication.  As we know more information, we will share it with you.  You will be kept well informed at every step along the way.
• Seamless Service Delivery. We will try to make the transition from Flexible New Deal and other services to the Work Programme seamless, so you experience as little disruption to your service as possible.
• Transparency.  We will be open and honest about all of our process.  Starting with our partnering process, you can have a look around our website to see how we are developing strong partnerships to help serve you better

Ultimately, our goal is to create a better system for you, and make sure you get the support you need to find sustainable employment.
