Bob Leach Announced as Managing Director
MAXIMUS Employment & Training is very pleased to announce Bob Leach as their new Managing Director. Bob’s arrival coincides with a very exciting time in the Welfare to Work industry and he’s looking forward to leading the business as it grows and develops into one of the biggest employment service providers in the UK.
Bob comes from a strong and varied management background including positions in Europe, the Asia Pacific area, China and Australia. His most recent role was as Group Managing Director – Europe with Resources Global Professionals Inc. (RGP) where Bob managed and developed the company’s European and Scandinavian business. He was also recently responsible for identifying and executing strategic investments (alliances and acquisitions) in Europe and Asia.
Bob said "Naturally I am delighted to have joined MAXIMUS UK, particularly at such an exciting time with the pending introduction of the Work Programme. After 20 years or so in the professional services industry I am really looking forward to being part of this great company which makes such a difference to the lives of the public it serves."
Bob’s appointment as the Managing Director will greatly strengthen MAXIMUS’ position in the Welfare to Work industry and enhance their already strong International Division.
