Michael Hobday
President, Human Services International for MAXIMUS

Over the past 30 years, Michael Hobday has worked as a CEO and COO in large organisations in the private and public sector, including positions of key importance within state and federal government departments.

Michael has developed significant experience in service delivery components, specifically in major change management projects and people and industrial relations issues in health, transport and employment sectors.

In 2004 Michael was appointed Managing Director of MAXNetWork (Australia) in addition to his international role as President, Human Services International for MAXIMUS. MAXIMUS oversees the management of all MAXIMUS Human Service operations outside the USA which extends to Australia (MAXNetWork), Israel (MAXIMUS Israel) and the United Kingdom (MAXIMUS Employment & Training).

Michael is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Human Resources Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Management.
