Business Managers
To lead the local team to achieve performance as set within the Company regional, strategic and operational objectives.

Area Manager
Manages, within a designated area of operations and within agreed budgets, operational teams in order to achieve performance targets and contract requirements.

Administrator
Takes day-to-day responsibility for the administrative functions of the office, and to support staff and clients as needed.

Employment Consultant
Facilitates the effective delivery of Employment programmes to include Guidance, Job Search, Job Match and support into employment, mostly on a one to one basis, or through group work in certain areas.

Staff Trainer
Assists in the development and delivery of planned events and activities that will build the skills and capacity of the staff.

Retention Administrator
Supports clients once they have obtained a job, so as to ensure that they stay in work for at least 3 months. Supports employers in order to maximise the potential of the client in their employment.
