The Work Programme

MAXIMUS is providing the Work Programme in partnership with Jobcentre Plus. It is part of the government’s wider plan to get Britain working.

As part of the Work Programme, MAXIMUS will provide you with the information, advice and support you need to find a job and will continue to provide in-work support to help you keep that job.

What to expect?

For people seeking work, the Work Programme aims to get you into work. We will do what we can to help you find work. Our number one priority is getting you a job. It’s that simple.

All our activity and energy focuses on finding that job. Any training or support that’s required will be made available on the condition that it directly helps with getting a job and moving you towards securing employment. The Job First approach focuses our activity and energy on helping you find and secure a job, quickly.

Customer Zone is part of that activity, providing you with access to information online, when you want it and where you want it.

We’ll be developing the site to provide what we think you need to find a job and keep a job. But if you have suggestions, please let us know. We’re all working towards the same goal – getting you a job – so if we can make Customer Zone better, please let us know.
