Partner with us to deliver the Work Programme
MAXIMUS is constantly looking for new Work Programme partners as part of our commitment to provide an innovative service that reflects the needs of the unemployed and employers.

The support of many different partners will be crucial to ensure the success of each job seeker on their individual path towards sustainable employment. These partnerships may take many forms:
- Sub-contracted partners who deliver substantial or end-to-end services to a large number of job seekers
- 'Menu Partners' who bring a particular expertise, allowing MAXIMUS to create a 'menu' of specialist providers to help our job seekers
- Strategic Partners who may bring a broad level of expertise, such as IT, financial or technical expertise
Our Partnership Process
We take a principled approach to partnerships, and are looking for organisations who:
- Can demonstrate that they would improve service delivery for jobseekers
- Provide economy of service for DWP
- Would share the responsibility for a jobseekers journey
- Provide service against a backdrop of quality.
