The Managing Director and staff have a responsibility for other significant aspects of the company in the achievement of its strategic and operational activities, ensuring that the company retains a climate of creativity, change and responsiveness to the external environment, the communities being served and all its customers. These include:

  • Monitoring the company's performance in achieving the objectives of each contract, implementing and monitoring policies and establishing and maintaining adequate management information systems
  • Ensuring, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of clients, customers and staff and any visitors to MAXIMUS Employment & Training (UK) premises, including compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Supporting and encouraging all aspects of the work of MAXIMUS Employment & Training (UK) and communicating the special operation and ethos of the business
