Isoken’s role is to lead the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for Maximus in the UK.

Nick works across all Maximus UK divisions, providing clinical leadership to develop new and existing Mental Health and Wellbeing services.

Simon is responsible for driving digital innovation through business development and operations.

Emma-Jane leads the Customer Directorate which encompasses customer call centre, customer relations and customer experience improvement. She also takes a lead on the commercial relationship with the Department for Work and Pensions on the HDAS contract and sits on the CHDA Senior Leadership Team.

Craig's role is to lead our Justice contracts across the UK, including the Education, Training & Employment (ETE) support service and PCC Integrated Offender Management.
