In 2021, we embarked on an ambitious strategy to improve diversity and inclusion, so that all our colleagues feel respected, valued and included. As part of this strategy, we are committed to greater representation of black and minority ethnic colleagues in senior roles, ensuring we better reflect the communities we serve.
During Black History Month, we announced the launch of our employee-led network, MaxCultural. We are a proud champion of diversity and inclusion, and are determined to make Maximus UK a workplace where all colleagues can thrive no matter their background or heritage.
