Maximus has been awarded the Gold IEP Professional Excellence Award – the highest recognition from the Institute of Employability Professionals (IEP).
The prestigious award celebrates organisations that champion continuous improvement, invest in their people, and actively contribute to the wider employability community. The award was presented at the third annual IEP Basecamp, held at Manchester’s Lowry Theatre, bringing together hundreds of employability professionals for a day of innovation, collaboration, and celebration.
This award recognises Maximus’ strong network of engaged IEP Members, Ambassadors and Fellows, and active participation in IEP Evaluations, seminars and events. Maximus was particularly recognised for its leadership in professional standards and track record of supporting colleagues to achieve advanced IEP qualifications.

In addition to receiving the Gold Award, Carl Elwood MIEP, Stakeholder Operational Trainer and Coach at Maximus, was given the Learning Impact of the Year award. This accolade honours those members and practitioners who have qualified through IEP Learning, supported IEP Learners, and provided high-quality learning whilst demonstrating outstanding learning outcomes from IEP Learning programs.
