Contract Director, Justice, Employability, Skills and Disability

Craig's role is to lead our Justice contracts across the UK, including the Education, Training & Employment (ETE) support service and PCC Integrated Offender Management.

Appointed to current role: March 2021

Experience and expertise:  Craig has broad experience working within Criminal Justice gained in both the public and private sector. He has held various roles including leadership positions during 13 years with the West Yorkshire Probation Trust.

Craig also has significant experience of leading large change programmes including corporate transformation and delivering major government Transforming Rehabilitation contracts. Prior to joining Maximus he worked at the Ministry of Justice on the Probation Reform Programme. He has held senior posts at Capita and Interserve, and has previously run his own successful Criminal Justice consulting company.

Craig has a BA in Politics from the University of Huddersfield and EPM from the Manchester Business School.

Hobbies and interests: Craig enjoys running, walking his dog, family trips and cooking.

Other appointments or memberships: Craig is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.
