Nick works across all Maximus UK divisions, providing clinical leadership to develop new and existing Mental Health and Wellbeing services.

Experience and expertise: Nick has over 15 years’ of experience in delivering services to people with Mental Health and Wellbeing difficulties, holding both clinical leadership and operational roles. He has extensive experience in the mental health needs of people with a range of mental health difficulties ranging from mild to severe and enduring. His career has spanned across private, NHS and charity sectors. He has supported a diverse range of employers develop and deploy organisational strategy to support the mental health needs of their workforce. Nick remains in active clinical practice.

Nick is a Doctor of Clinical Psychology. He holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Intelligence and a postgraduate certificate in Higher Education. He has multiple qualifications in psychological therapies. He is working towards the completion of an MBA.

Hobbies and interests: Nick enjoys spending time outdoors with his dog and is a keen gym enthusiast in his free time. He closely follows scientific advancements in cosmology, psychology, technology, and AI.

Other appointments or memberships: Nick is a Senior Lecturer at London South Bank University. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. He is a Chartered Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, where he has held numerous committee roles. He is also a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, a member of the Council of What Works Centre for Wellbeing, and the Chair of MaxPride, the Maximus LGBTQ+ Colleague Network.
