Emma-Jane Banister
Customer Director, Assessments Division

Emma-Jane leads the Customer Directorate which encompasses customer call centre, customer relations and customer experience improvement. She also takes a lead on the commercial relationship with the Department for Work and Pensions on the HDAS contract and sits on the CHDA Senior Leadership Team.

Appointed to current role: August 2019

Experience and expertise: Emma-Jane joined Maximus in 2018, initially working in colleague engagement across all Maximus divisions.

Before joining Maximus, Emma-Jane worked first as an operational manager and then a leader in stakeholder and commercial management across public and private sectors, including NHS, local government, telecoms and retail.

Emma-Jane holds a BSc degree in Mathematics.

Hobbies and interests: Cricket, film & music and gardening.
