Experience and expertise: Gemma joined Maximus in August 2023 as a Service Manager, working across health and wellbeing programmes delivered in Gloucestershire and Bristol. She has a background in Academic Psychology and Behavioural Insights, which has enabled her to lead two insights-led contracts, supporting and motivating teams to deliver behaviour change programmes that have a positive impact on community health and local lives.
