Experience and expertise: I’m a commercially minded, performance-driven leader with over 20 years of experience in operational management, public sector contracting, and transformational service delivery. Over the course of my career, I’ve led 42 contracts across criminal justice, employability, assessments, and skills – supporting more than 300,000 participants to achieve positive outcomes.
As an early adopter of emerging technologies, I see significant potential in the application of Artificial Intelligence within the outsourcing sector. I’m passionate about harnessing innovation to improve service delivery and drive meaningful change.
Currently, I serve as Regional Director at Maximus UK, where I’ve overseen 29 contracts since joining the organisation five years ago. I now lead operational delivery across the North of the UK. Prior to this, I held senior roles at Ingeus, Serco Welfare Services, Capita, and worked as an independent consultant—consistently driving innovation and excellence.
I have a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of the West of England and Prince2 certified.
Hobbies and interests: I enjoy travelling, my favourite experiences have been visiting the Galapagos Islands, trekking through the jungles of Uganda to see Gorillas in the wild and seeing the sunrise from Ancient temples in Guatemala.
