Experience and expertise: With a background in the third sector and a passion for building stronger communities, Katy joined Maximus in May 2024 to lead our social value strategy. Her role involves working across the business to embed meaningful commitments that create lasting impact. She is focused on driving innovative approaches that improve lives, strengthen local partnerships, and ensure every contract delivers real value – improving the lives of our people, our places and our planet. Katy is also proud to be part of a team that is committed to making a difference through purposeful and sustainable action.
Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, Katy is passionate about live music and spend lots of time at the theatre, gigs, and music festivals, enjoying a wide range of genres. She also loves holidays with my family and have been visiting Lanzarote for over 20 years.
