Experience and expertise: Before joining Maximus UK, Mohammad spent more than 18 years in senior leadership roles, securing and managing a diverse portfolio of public sector contracts across Further Education, Employability, Assessments, Testing and Technology. At Maximus, he is building on that experience to drive growth across Further Education, Employability and Justice – shaping commissioner‑ready solutions, leading major bids, and supporting the mobilisation and governance of complex public sector programmes. He works closely with Senior Leaders to ensure proposals align with public policy priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. He has been recognised internally through awards for his contribution, and also mentors aspiring leaders to support the next generation of talent.
Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, Mohammad enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping fit, playing golf, and has a strong interest in horology.
