Experience and expertise: 22 years working for Remploy and Maximus. Started as an advisor supporting people with disabilities into employment. I’ve worked in contract delivery leadership for 17 years focussing mainly on those with complex barriers to employment. I have worked with many different commissioners – Department for Work and Pensions, Home Office, 4 different combined authorities, NHS, and the Department of Health.
Hobbies and interests: I love music and being outside! My two happy places are Glastonbury festival and walking with my wife in the middle of nowhere on the South West Coast Path. Self confessed Coffee snob and decent red wine. Running keeps me focussed.
