Experience and expertise: Nathaniel joined Maximus in February 2024, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role as a New Starter Coach, where he supported employees in various contact centres. As an Employment Advisor, Nathan is dedicated to helping people overcome physical and mental barriers, guiding them towards meaningful employment.
In addition to his role as an Employment Advisor, Nathaniel serves as the Co-Chair of our colleague-led network, MaxAbility. In his role, he works closely with our diversity, equity and inclusion team, as well as our senior leaders to drive change across every level of the business and ensure Maximus remains an inclusive workplace for colleagues.
Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, Nathaniel is an avid Arsenal Football Club fan, much to the amusement of his girlfriend, who claims it’s his sole focus! When he’s not cheering on his team, Nathaniel enjoys going to the cinema, discovering new coffee shops, and seeking out hidden non-alcoholic gems at various bars.
