Experience and expertise: Since joining Maximus in April 2023, Owain has brought nearly a decade of experience in Integrated Lifestyle Services, with a strong focus on delivering person-centred, evidence-based interventions that empower individuals to make sustainable health changes.
Owain’s career has progressed through a variety of roles – from Health and Wellbeing Coach to Service Manager, where he led the Be Healthy Bucks programme supporting healthier lifestyles across Buckinghamshire, and now Regional Operations Manager. Each role has provided valuable insight into both frontline delivery and strategic operations.
His experience spans diverse socio-economic communities, and he is committed to ensuring services are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to local needs. Today, Owain draws on his deep understanding of service delivery to lead and support teams with empathy and strategic vision, helping to shape programmes that make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, I’m a not bad skateboarder and love nothing more than a crisp blue sky winter morning, the perfect start to the day.
