Experience and expertise: I’ve recently moved into a new role at Maximus UK, as Head of Health Support, overseeing both the Access to Work Mental Health & Holistic Assessment Contracts, working with brilliant teams across the country to make sure our services are high‑quality, compliant, and genuinely helpful for the people who rely on them.
I enjoy solving problems, streamlining processes, and utilising emerging technology to make services work better for both colleagues and customers. Use of data and quality frameworks are a big part of how I lead, but so is creating environments where teams feel confident, supported, and able to do their best work.
My career began in a clinical setting, as a Physiotherapist, and that frontline insight still shapes how I make operational decisions today. Ultimately, I’m driven by helping people improve their health, confidence, and outcomes.
Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, I love staying active & being outdoors where possible. Running is my go‑to for clearing my head, which I try to do daily – I find an early morning run sets me up in the best way for the day ahead.
