Experience and expertise: A PRINCE2 Practitioner‑qualified project manager, Richard brings over 30 years’ experience in contact centres, client management, brand development, and marketing. He has led major projects including the Nectar loyalty card scheme, national response handling for the Army and National Blood Service, and campaigns for leading charities such as UNICEF, Oxfam, Cancer Research UK, and the British Heart Foundation.

Before joining Maximus as Head of Consultancy at Connect, he led the client services function at a marketing agency specialising in brand development, communications, and website design. At Maximus, he has delivered consultancy projects for organisations including Amnesty International, Guide Dogs, British Red Cross, and Macmillan Cancer Care.

Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing, shooting, and playing the guitar – albeit not particularly well, by his own admission. He has also taken part in his village pantomime for several years, consistently cast in the role of the Dame, a tradition he now humorously refers to as typecasting.
