Experience and expertise: Simon was previously Marketing Director at Remploy and has held a number of consultancy and advisory positions relating to Digital.

Simon began working at Remploy the day it was acquired by Maximus. Initially looking at technology that could drive marketing, he then led on customer facing technologies that could support customers. Key projects have included new websites, customer portals, marketing automation and a chatbot that supported citizens with mental health issues. More recently, he set up a Centre of Excellence for intelligent automation and is responsible for a team that delivers significant ROI every year.

Simon studied History at Warwick and also has an MBA from Warwick Business School. He is certified in SCRUM and has a Design Thinking qualification from Illinois Tech.

Hobbies and interests: Simon has recently taken up kayaking with his son.
