Digitalising urgent Covid-19 processes for the HM Government

The Challenge

Government departments that conducted face-to-face interactions needed to digitise processes urgently as a result of Covid-19. There was a particular challenge in capturing and securely processing application documents online, with many users submitting high-volume or large files that posed security risks.

Our Solution

We implemented the Oracle Customer Portal, enabling applicants to securely upload documents, access information, and manage accounts online. This back-office integration ensured swift data processing. Within six weeks, over 200,000 documents were captured, helping departments transition smoothly to remote service delivery during the pandemic.
