Services (CRS)
Want to partner with us to rebuild lives?
We are seeking expressions of interest from organisations who can help us deliver flexible, innovative and impactful rehabilitative services for service users across custodial and community-based environments.
Our delivery partners are essential to helping service users to access structural services and activities to maintain positive relationships, pro-social lifestyles, jobs, housing and financial wellbeing.
We are committed to working with specialist organisations from across the VCSE, public and private sectors (including SMEs) to design and deliver our justice services. We particularly encourage expressions of interest from organisations that bring lived experience and local knowledge of their area.
Building holistic rehabilitative services together.
- Our Community Links model will connect service users to a range of community-based activities and resources, strengthening their social capital throughout their rehabilitation and desistance journey
- We will provide a single point of contact for service users, ensuring they receive timely support with housing, education, training, employment, financial assistance and more
- We will work systemically with a range of stakeholders in custody, pre-release and in the community, enabling us to meet diverse needs and outcomes
- Everything we do will be governed by core partnership behaviours and local integration principles, including reciprocity, respect and transparency
- By meaningfully engaging with and embedding lived experience and local knowledge, we will provide a greater understanding of place-based resources to support service users
The Men's Commissioned Rehabilitative Services (CRS), part of the Ministry of Justice's probation system, is anticipated to launch in September 2025, with contracts awarded in October 2026 ready for a go-live of March 2027.
