At MAXIMUS UK, we’ve always had a strong sense of giving back to the communities we serve. In 2015, MAXIMUS Foundation UK was established as a not-for-profit enterprise to support community groups and charities that share our aims and values.
Thanks to the generous contributions of MAXIMUS Foundation, we are able to make significant investments to great causes across the UK. We do this by providing one-off grants to not-for-profit organisations that share our commitment to helping disadvantaged groups. In particular, those contributing to personal growth and self-sufficiency in:
- Health Outcomes
- Improved Employment Opportunities
- Community Development
We donated £57,500 in grant funding to 23 different charities in 2015. To find our more about those beneficiaries and how they are spending the grant funding, take a look at the 2015 annual report.
How it works
Each year, the Foundation Board of Trustees make funding decisions through two grant giving cycles. These generally take place in Spring and Autumn.
Eligible community groups and charities can apply for funding by completing an application for funding before the submission deadline below:
31 August 2017
We welcome applications from all eligible not-for-profit organisations, however, grants are not generally awarded to:
- Advertising, ticket events or dinner programs
- Political causes or candidates
- Endowments or capital campaigns
- Organisations that discriminate by: age, disability, gender, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation
