Rob Winter

Rob has been a trustee since 2016, elected chair in 2017, and represents the CHDA business. He started working on the contract 16 years ago and has covered a number of roles during that time; starting as site manager in Wembley, Rob is now Service Improvement Director. Away from work Rob enjoys sport, art and design, travel and driving his ‘Triumph Stag’.

 

  Debbie Arion

Debbie joined CHDA in 2015 and works as Executive Assistant to the HR and Programme Directors. Debbie is the Foundation’s Secretary and in this role she is responsible for the coordination of all Foundation activity, including admin, meetings and legal and governing correspondence. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys playing football with her son (or trying to!) and visiting new places in Yorkshire.
 

  Di Briggs
 
Trustee

 

 

Di joined the business in 2015 working in the Communications and Marketing Team and has been the Foundation’s communications lead for the same period. Di’s role as trustee includes promoting the work of the Foundation to internal and external audiences. As a keen fundraiser herself, Di has taken part in many challenges including Live Below The Line and Virtual 5K. Out of work Di enjoys to travel, discover new places and keep active.
 

  Fra Doran

Fra represents the MAXIMUS People Services business, joining the team in 2015 and is the Supply Chain Director, overseeing the provision of services through our network of Delivery Partners. Outside of work, he is a keen cyclist, enjoys cooking and traveling when possible.
 

  Suzie Frew

Suzie has been a trustee since 2016 and represents the CHDA business. Having joined in 2006 as one of the first nurses on the contract, Suzie has also been Nurse Team Leader and National Lead Healthcare Practitioner. She is currently the Professional Standards Lead and part of the Clinical Standards Team. Away from work Suzie enjoys stand up comedy, cooking, travel and spending time with her family.
 

  Dr Lucy Goundry

Lucy has been a trustee since 2015 and represents the Health Management business. Working as a Medical Director, primarily on the DWPs Fit for Work scheme, Lucy is passionate about the positive impact of good work on a person’s health and wellbeing. With a background in General Practice before Occupational Medicine, her responsibilities are to ensure high quality service delivery and clinical training. Away from work Lucy is a Scuba Diving instructor, and enjoys travelling, theatre and spending time with her family.
 

  Kristina Moore

Kristina joined Remploy in 2006 as an Employment Advisor and now works as Head of Billing Integrity for both MAXIMUS People Services and Remploy. Kristina has taken part in a few fundraising activities over the years including the Three Peaks Challenge and 100K Ultra Marathon. She has a strong passion for supporting good causes.
 

  Joanna Rebow

Joanna has been a trustee since 2016 and has worked at MAXIMUS for more than 4 years. Joining the company as an Employment Coach, Joanna is now Senior Project co-ordinator supporting the Senior Leadership and UK Country Leadership teams. Joanna is no stranger to fundraising and has taken part in 5k runs and half marathons.
 

  Jo Tapping

Jo became a Foundation trustee in 2018 and represents the Revitalised business, working as a Business Development Lead in the Health and Wellbeing market. She is passionate about community service fundraising projects, and proud to be a Foundation trustee. Jo has previously been involved in fundraising for local projects through event co-ordination. Away from work Jo enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
 

  Laura Turner

Laura has been a trustee since 2016 and represents the Remploy business. Working as Lead Disability Ambassador and being visually impaired and a guide dog owner herself, Laura is passionate about disability and sharing experience with others to encourage greater inclusion. Away from work Laura is involved in Para-cycling on track and road, spends time in the gym and also enjoys time with family and friends. She has represented Great Britain in two sports and in 2012 was a London Paralympic Torchbearer.
 

  Madison West

Madison joined MAXIMUS in 2014 and manages the MAXIMUS Foundation US, helping grow its impact throughout the country. She has been a trustee of the MAXIMUS Foundation UK since 2016 and is excited to be a part of the development. In her free time, Madison serves on a variety of nonprofit boards and advisory committees.
