Rob Winter




Rob has been a trustee since 2016 and represents the CHDA business. He started working on the contract 16 years ago and has covered a number of roles during that time; starting as site manager in Wembley, Rob is now Service  Improvement Director. Away from work Rob enjoys sport, art and design, travel and driving his ‘Triumph Stag’

 Francis Doran



Francis represents the MAXIMUS People Services business after joining the team in 2015 he is now the Supply Chain Director, overseeing the provision of services through our network of Delivery Partners. Outside of work, Francis is a keen cyclist, enjoys cooking and traveling when possible.

Suzie Frew



Suzie has been a trustee since 2016 and represents the CHDA business. Having joined in 2006 as one of the first nurses on the contract, Suzie has also been Nurse Team Leader and National Lead Healthcare Practitioner. She is currently the Professional Standards Lead and part of the Clinical Standards Team. Away from work Suzie enjoys stand up comedy, cooking, travel and spending time with her family.

 Dr Lucy Goundry



 Lucy has been a trustee since 2015 and represents the Health Management business. Working as a Medical Director, primarily on the DWPs Fit for Work scheme, Lucy is passionate about the positive impact of good work on a person’s health and wellbeing. With a background in General Practice before Occupational Medicine, her responsibilities are to ensure high quality service delivery and clinical training. Away from work Lucy is a Scuba Diving instructor, and enjoys travelling, theatre and spending time with her family.

 Sarah Pearce



Sarah joined Health Management in 2015 and took on the role of trustee in 2017. She is currently the Communications Manager looking after corporate communications for Health Management both internally and externally. She is a passionate advocate of health and wellbeing after a 20 year career working in active leisure. Outside of work Sarah enjoys keeping fit and active and spending time with her teenage son.

 Joanna Rebow



Joanna has been a trustee since 2016 and has worked at MAXIMUS for over 4 years. Joining the company as an Employment Coach, Joanna is now Senior Project co-ordinator supporting the Senior Leadership and UK Country  Leadership teams. Joanna is no stranger to fundraising and has taken part in 5k runs and half marathons.

 Sam Sherlock



Sam has been a trustee since 2016 and currently works as a Lead Employment Advisor in Bristol and Gloucester. Sam is also a trustee of the 'Employee Benefits Trust' of Remploy and as such is also involved in the charitable donations  made by Remploy; as well as being a guardian of Remploys mission to transform the lives of disabled people. In his spare time Sam runs stop-motion animation workshops at music festivals, plays an African harp called a Kora, and  pretends to be good at DIY.

 Laura Turner



Laura has been a trustee since 2016 and represents the Remploy business. Working as Lead Disability Ambassador and being visually impaired and a guide dog owner herself, Laura is passionate about disability and sharing experience with others to encourage greater inclusion. Away from work Laura is involved in Para-cycling on track and road, spends time in the gym and also enjoys time with family and friends. She has represented Great Britain in two sports and in 2012 was a London Paralympic Torchbearer.

 Madison West



Madison joined MAXIMUS in 2014 and manages the MAXIMUS Foundation US, helping grow its impact throughout the country. She has been a trustee of the MAXIMUS Foundation UK since 2016 and is excited to be a part of the development. In her free time, Madison serves on a variety of non-profit boards and advisory committees.
