CPD and Appraisals
The appraisal system is one of the cornerstones of revalidation and a high-quality appraisal protocol is essential to demonstrate that each clinician is up-to-date and fit to practise.
The MAXIMUS medical appraisal protocols ensure that clinicians undertake annual appraisals and meet the requirements for continuing professional development (CPD). Our appraisals provide a safe environment for personal development requirements, ensure effective leadership and management, and are backed by supporting evidence gathered throughout the year.
As part of every clinician’s contract, we provide development opportunities such as regulatory training, development courses or attendance at our annual clinical conferences.
