Experience and expertise: Christina has 20 years’ experience in customer experience, operations, and outsourcing roles. Her background spans roles at Lloyds Banking Group and 13 years in BPO, leading teams and partnerships with clients including Google, Samsung, Apple, Barclays and FSCS. Christina is passionate about people, technology, and creating experiences that make a real difference for customers and clients.

Hobbies and interests: Christina has a passion for technology, food, art, and spending time with her rescued dachshund, Maggie.

Other appointments or memberships: Christina supports a number of animal charities across the UK and Portugal.
