Experience and expertise: Jo has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior HR leader, working in both permanent and interim roles across a range of sectors with strong growth, change and transformation agendas. She brings extensive expertise in people leadership, people strategy development and implementation, as well as cultural and organisational development.

Hobbies and interests: Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time outdoors, including walking and water sports, as well as socialising over good food with family and friends.

Other appointments and memberships: Jo is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
