Experience and expertise: Prior to joining Maximus in 2015, Keith was the People Director at BMI Healthcare. He was responsible for transforming their approach to employee engagement and juggling the challenges of recruiting medical staff for the largest independent hospital business in the UK. He previously held senior HR roles in Veolia Environment, Tesco and Whitbread.
Keith holds a Master’s degree from the University of Westminster in HR Strategy.
Hobbies and interests: In his spare time, Keith runs marathons having clocked up more than 300 so far.
Other appointments or memberships: Keith is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and a Governor/Trustee at a local Secondary School.
