Experience and expertise: Prior to her current position, Michelle was Chief Operating Officer at Maximus, leading citizen experience across the UK and spearheading the transformation of our services so we are the provider of choice for our clients.
She has over 30 years’ experience leading large, complex organisations through high quality business, cultural and organisational transformation and change.
She has held various leadership roles in both the public and private sector starting in HM Prison Services and then moving to Sodexo where she held various change and growth focus roles, before joining Capita as COO and Chief of Consultancy, Transformation and Service Delivery.
Hobbies and interests: Michelle has a keen interest in the health and socio-economic outcomes of our communities. She also enjoys creative pursuits such as sewing, knitting and interior design.
