Richard has over seven years’ experience writing bids and proposals. His experience spans local authorities, mayoral combined authorities, central government departments and other public bodies including the NHS.
For the last three years he has worked on securing high-profile contracts at Maximus across a variety of sectors.
Throughout his career, Richard has been central to the creation of winning proposals for public sector clients. Utilising his strategic approach and thorough understanding of the bidding process, he is focused on producing high quality, compelling submissions which directly align with the needs of commissioners.
