mental health at work
Wednesday 26 November 2025 | 1pm
About this webinar
Mental health challenges affect millions of men.
13.2% of men in England experience common mental health problems each year* — yet many never seek help due to stigma and silence. It’s time to change the narrative.
Whether it’s stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout, this free webinar offers a supportive space to explore men’s mental health with a focus on the challenges faced by those working in the voluntary sector.
This free webinar will dive into:
- What stress looks like and the common triggers
- The impact of mental health on volunteers and those who support them
- Practical self-care techniques — physical, emotional, and social
- How to create a culture of support for your team and volunteers
If you are a volunteer or someone who leads, supports, or employs volunteers, this session is designed to help you better understand and respond to the mental health needs of your organisation.
Join us to learn how to create a supportive, healthier workforce.
