Mental health support
From helping employees through the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service to providing a dedicated mental health helpline on behalf of Mind, we are experts in providing sensitive, confidential mental health support.
Rebuilding lives
We deliver expert, compassionate support for migrants and refugees, helping vulnerable people to learn new skills and improve their English through our Refugee Employability Programme (REP), as well as providing invaluable advice and resources through our Migrant Help helpline.
Health conditions and disabilities
We provide dedicated health and employment support for individuals in some of the most deprived areas of the UK, helping people with disabilities to find work, supporting teenagers with their mental health and helping young families access healthy recipes.

We understand the specific employment barriers that can impact an individual’s ability to secure work, which is why our employment coaches create personalised employment plans to help people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to succeed.

Our Community Partnership Network (CPN) works alongside more than 400 local and national organisations to make a difference to communities across the UK.
