Restart Scheme
The Restart Scheme, delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, is an initiative which principally supports people who have spent six months or more claiming Universal Credit or Jobseeker’s Allowance to help them get back into work.
We deliver this programme in:

Refugee Employability Programme
Delivered on behalf of the Home Office, the Refugee Employability Programme (REP) helped over 2,500 people build a life in England — with support and a learning plan to improve their English and career skills.
Although REP has now ended, support is available for individuals in:

Work and Health Programme
This programme, delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions and local commissioners, offers up to 21 months of tailored, community-based employment support for people with disabilities and health conditions, as well as the long-term unemployed.
Referrals to the Work and Health Programme have now ended. We will continue to support those already on our programme.We deliver this programme in:

Work and Health Programme Pioneer
This specialist employment programme is delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions and local commissioners. It offers support for people who are not working to develop their skills and enter work.

Fair Start Scotland
This programme, delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions and local commissioners provides 21 months of tailored, community-based employment support for people with disabilities and health conditions, as well as the long-term unemployed.

Intensive Personalised Employment Service
This programme, delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, offers up to 21 months tailored support, to help disabled individuals with complex barriers find sustainable work.
As of 17 November 2023, we are no longer taking referrals to IPES. We will continue to support those on our programme until September 2025.We deliver this programme in:

We deliver this programme on behalf of the Mayor of London, providing jobseekers and employees with fully funded qualifications, training courses and skills development to help them find work and succeed in the workplace.

We deliver this programme in West Yorkshire on behalf of the Mayor of West Yorkshire and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, providing jobseekers and employees with fully funded qualifications, training courses and skills development to help them find work and succeed in the workplace.

We deliver this programme on behalf of the West Midlands Combined Authority, providing jobseekers and employees with fully funded qualifications, training courses and skills development to help them find work and succeed in the workplace.

Access to Work Mental Health Support Service
The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, provides nine months of tailored mental health support to employees who are experiencing depression, anxiety or stress to help them stay in, or return to, the workplace, at no cost to the individual or employer.

Access to Work Holistic Assessments Service
Delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, this service provides workplace support to individuals whose disability or health condition impacts their job.

Skills and qualifications
We provide fully funded training courses and professional qualifications to help jobseekers and employees gain transferable skills and sector-specific expertise, at no cost to the individual or business.
Workplace mental health
We deliver the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, helping employees to stay in and return to work through workplace adjustments, coping strategies and personalised wellbeing plans.
