We also deliver exceptional customer service from our contact centre in Nantgarw, providing complex, compassionate support on behalf of businesses and voluntary organisations.

We understand that every community is different. That’s why we work in partnership with organisations across Wales to develop tailored, local support for every individual.
For over 50 years we have been delivering health and employability support to the most vulnerable in society — providing services that help overcome significant barriers. This includes locally commissioned programs that assist disabled people in the workplace, to large-scale services and programmes that support individuals across all 22 local authorities.

The Restart Scheme
Supporting people who have spent six months or more claiming Universal Credit or Jobseeker’s Allowance to help them get back into work.
Work and Health Programme
Providing up to 21 months of tailored, community-based support for people with disabilities, health conditions, and the long-term unemployed, helping them develop skills and enter employment.
Intensive Personalised Employment Support
Helping unemployed people aged 16+, who live in Wales, and have a disability with complex barriers to work, to find employment in Wales.
Work and Health Programme Pioneer
Providing skills, training, and employment support for those not working, including carers, ex-offenders, veterans, the long-term unemployed, and individuals with disabilities or health conditions.
Access to Work Mental Health Support Service
Offering nine months of tailored mental health support to employees who are experiencing depression, anxiety or stress to help them stay in, or return to, the workplace, at no cost to the individual or employer.
Access to Work Holistic Assessments
Delivered on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, this service provides workplace support to individuals whose disability or health condition impacts their job.
Student Bursary Support Service
This programme, delivered on behalf of the Department for Education administers student claims to help young parents under the age of 20 with the cost of childcare while they study.

For nearly ten years we have partnered with over 102 organisations across Wales to help local people develop their skills, look after their wellbeing and take that next step towards work. We believe supporting people into sustainable work helps individuals and communities to thrive.
