Appointed as a Trustee: March 2018

Foundation role: Di has been the Foundation’s communications and marketing lead since the enterprise was established in 2015. In her role as Chair, Di is responsible for ensuring the Foundation delivers its mission, providing leadership to the Board of Trustees and the effective governance of the charity. As a keen fundraiser herself, Di has taken part in many challenges including Live Below The Line and Virtual 5K.

Current role: Head of Marketing

Di is responsible for marketing activity across all UK operations. Leading a team of marketing and creative professionals, Di has oversight of web, brand, digital marketing, content and creative development, social activity and video.

Experience and expertise: Di joined Maximus in 2015, having worked in marketing roles across both public and private sector organisations for more than two decades. She has extensive experience of social marketing, including behaviour change campaigns, having worked in lead campaign and marketing roles for the Police and Local Government. She also has ten years’ of B2B and B2C marketing experience having worked for a national furniture manufacturing company.

Hobbies and interests: Out of work Di enjoys to travel, discover new places and keep active.
