Appointed as a Trustee: March 2018

Foundation role: Kristina is a Trustee and represents the Employability Division. Her key duties as a Trustee are: to support and encourage fundraising across the business, to attend and make cheque presentations and make key decisions on the Foundation. Kristina has taken part in a few fundraising activities over the years including the Three Peaks Challenge and 100K Ultra Marathon. She has a strong passion for supporting good causes.

Current role: Digital Development Product Owner

Kristina’s role is to work across a complex multi-system solution, managing both internal and external developers to enhance existing technology and provide new technology solutions to best support our commissioners, colleagues and customers.

Experience and expertise: Kristina joined Remploy in 2006 as an Employment Advisor, supporting people with disabilities into employment. Progressing through to Business Manager, Regional Operations Manager and DWP Relationship Manager roles over several years, she then focussed on creating a department as the Head of Billing and Integrity and Head of Business Improvement leading on to more recently a total change in transferring her skills and experience and moving into Digital Development.

Hobbies and interests: Kristina is a very family and friends orientated person, enjoys life and every opportunity it brings. Dabbling in gardening when the weather is good. She has a strong passion for fundraising and supporting a good cause.
