Experience and expertise: I have extensive experience in HR, corporate strategy, and governance, having led large-scale people operations
and transformation programmes. I’ve directed global business services for over 20,000 employees and served on governance committees and charitable boards. This experience helps me support the Maximus Foundation’s mission and make a positive, lasting impact.
Hobbies and interests: I enjoy travelling to experience different cultures and broaden my perspective. I also teach scuba diving to neurodiverse young adults, combining my love of the sport with a passion for supporting others to develop confidence and skills.
Other appointments or memberships: I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). I also serve as a Trustee and Non-Executive Director for several organisations across a range of industries, bringing governance and strategic oversight experience to each role.
