About this webinar
Approximately 1.3 million people in the UK live with bipolar disorder* — but stigma and lack of awareness often prevent individuals from receiving the support they need.
This free webinar offers a safe space to explore bipolar disorder at work, with a focus on those in the voluntary sector.
We will dive into:
- Understanding bipolar disorder – types, symptoms, and common triggers
- The impact of bipolar disorder at work
- Practical strategies for managing mental health
- How to build a workplace culture that supports mental health conditions
If you are a volunteer or someone who leads, supports, or employs volunteers, this session is designed to help you better understand and respond to the needs of individuals living with bipolar disorder in your organisation.
