Our CPN provides localised support in West and South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, South and East London, and Wales.
Each regional network combines knowledge and resources to provide effective, place-based support services – making a lasting difference to local lives and communities.
Together, we respond to concerns including long-term unemployment, financial inequality, and health and wellbeing challenges.
