Partners.
We understand that every community is different.
Partnering with local organisations to deliver specialised employability services.
By blending innovation, technology and human expertise, we work with local organisations to deliver health and work support for those who face significant barriers.
From locally commissioned programmes that support disabled people in the workplace, to nationwide IPS services on behalf of NHS Trusts and Supported Employment Programmes on behalf of devolved government, we can create tailored employability services to suit any need.
Our skilled workforce includes over 1,000 clinicians, 800 employment advisors, and numerous vocational rehabilitation consultants and health coaches. We partner with over 500 employers to help people find and stay in sustainable employment.
We can support your community too.
