Director of Business Development & Strategic Growth
Beth’s role is to lead the growth of existing business operations and to develop new service lines and opportunities for Maximus in the UK.
James Farren
Programme Director, Assessments Division
James’s role is to lead our Assessments Division which includes delivery of the Health Assessment Advisory Service by the Centre for Health and Disability Assessments.
Martin Forsythe
Director of Communications and Marketing
Martin’s role is to lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals to deliver communications, marketing, public affairs and stakeholder engagement activity across our UK operations.
Mike Jones
Finance Director
Mike is responsible for all aspects of financial management, ensuring the finance team support operations in commercial decision-making, as well as maintaining a robust financial control framework.
Keith Luxon
HR and Support Services Director
Keith’s role is to develop our people and business services strategies. He is responsible for HR, Estates, Procurement, H&S, Quality Assurance and Programme Management.
Fiona Macaulay
Vice President Technology
Fiona’s role is to lead our technology department, developing and operating digital, IT and data analytics services. She has a key focus on expanding the scope of digital across the business to improve outcomes for our customers.
Margaret McNab
Managing Director, Health Division
Margaret’s role is to lead our Health Division which includes the delivery of our occupational health, primary care and wellbeing services to businesses across the UK. This is primarily delivered through our Health Management business.
Ron Moody

Ron’s role is to lead our Connect Division which includes the delivery of our digital and call centre services to organisations across the UK. This is primarily delivered through our Connect Assist business.
