Each year, our highly trained doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists carry out more than 1 million functional assessments.
We deliver the Health Assessment Advisory Service, covering a range of benefits. Our assessment reports are submitted to the Department for Work and Pensions so that they can make an informed decision about an individual’s eligibility for benefits.

Functional assessments
Each year our highly trained doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists carry out more than 1 million functional assessments to individuals who are claiming benefits.
The assessments we deliver on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions are part of the Health Assessment Advisory Service. The assessment aims to understand how an individual’s health condition or disability affects their daily life.
