As National Partnerships Manager for the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service, Chris works alongside organisations in a variety of sectors in the UK, supporting them to promote and maintain a healthy, inclusive and productive workforce.

Experience and Expertise: Chris joined Maximus in 2009 as a Development Employment Advisor, supporting people with a range of health conditions and disabilities with skills to gain employment. Prior to joining Maximus he worked within the NHS in his home city of Liverpool, coordinating training for clinical and healthcare staff, and in similar roles for not-for-profit organisations.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in health and wellbeing, reflecting his passion for helping people affected by a mental health concern. He is motivated by leading his team to help people across the country manage their mental wellbeing in the workplace, and retain employment.

A keen traveller, reader and music-lover, Chris is also a staunch Evertonian.
