Experience and expertise: Tiago has completed an MSc and a PhD in Health Psychology, where he used innovative approaches to explore the role of lived experience and how people navigate different types and structures of support.
Tiago has been working with and around Health Psychology research and behaviour change interventions since he finished his BSc in Psychology, holding different academic and operational roles. He has been involved in various projects supporting the development and evaluation of behavioural interventions.
He is passionate about working with local communities to plan, implement, and evaluate interventions using creative methods for engagement, data collection and analysis. He is keen to understand people’s experiences and utilise that to inform behaviour change and develop ways of working with people to create meaningful and positive health outcomes.
